DESCRIPTION
Within the framework of World Glaucoma Week, a global initiative of the World Glaucoma Association, the Latin American Glaucoma Society brings together leading experts and key opinion leaders from the region to analyze the current state of glaucoma management in Latin America, its main challenges, and the strategies to overcome them from a clinical, academic, and regional perspective. This will be a highly interactive webinar, featuring educational lectures of great value and updates on the most recent advances and comprehensive management strategies in glaucoma, as well as a broad panel discussion designed to encourage the exchange of experiences, critical reflection, and collective awareness.

OBJECTIVE
To move from awareness to action by promoting early detection, addressing real-world barriers, integrating risk factors beyond intraocular pressure, and strengthening evidence-based clinical decision-making to prevent blindness from glaucoma in Latin America.
