During World Glaucoma Week 2026, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital participated in the nationwide campaign coordinated by the Thai Glaucoma Society. The hospital organized glaucoma awareness and screening activities for patients and the public, including glaucoma risk assessment, intraocular pressure measurement, optic nerve evaluation, and patient education on glaucoma prevention and treatment.

These activities were conducted by the ophthalmology team at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital as part of the national effort to promote early detection of glaucoma and to increase public awareness about this silent cause of vision loss. The initiative aligns with the Thai Glaucoma Society’s mission to reduce preventable blindness through community engagement, education, and accessible eye care services across Thailand.
