To raise public awareness about glaucoma, we will organize a special awareness event at Konya Stadium before the Konyaspor vs Kasımpaşa match in national superleague. Ophthalmologists and healthcare staff, dressed in green and white, will gather at the stadium and deliver a press statement emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and regular eye examinations in preventing vision loss from glaucoma.
Prior to kickoff, glaucoma awareness posters prepared by our team will be displayed on the stadium screens for 30 seconds, accompanied by a public announcement about glaucoma. This will ensure that both the spectators in the stadium and viewers watching the match live on tv are informed about the disease and the importance of early detection.
During the warm-up, the players will enter the field carrying a large banner dedicated to glaucoma awareness. Additionally, a choreography related to glaucoma awareness may be organized during the match to further engage the audience and strengthen the message.
The press statement, along with the videos and photographs taken during the event, will be shared with local media outlets to extend the impact of the campaign beyond the stadium.
