Namma Power RUN
Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital, in association with Namma Power Run, is organizing a Glaucoma Awareness Run on March 15, from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM, in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The event will see the participation of over 5,000 runners taking part in a 5K run aimed at raising awareness about Glaucoma, a leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide. The initiative seeks to educate the public about the importance of early detection, regular eye check-ups, and timely treatment to prevent vision loss.
Through this large-scale community engagement, Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital aims to bring greater attention to glaucoma, often called the “silent thief of sight,” and encourage people to prioritize proactive eye health. The awareness run will bring together citizens, healthcare professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and volunteers to promote the message of protecting vision through awareness and preventive care.
