 )\n\nDuring World Glaucoma Week 2026\, Walailak University Hospital partic
 ipated in the nationwide campaign coordinated by the Thai Glaucoma Society
 . The hospital organized glaucoma awareness and screening activities for p
 atients and the public\, including glaucoma risk assessment\, intraocular 
 pressure measurement\, optic nerve evaluation\, and patient education on g
 laucoma prevention and treatment.\n\nThese activities were conducted by th
 e ophthalmology team at Walailak University Hospital as part of the nation
 al effort to promote early detection of glaucoma and to increase public aw
 areness about this silent cause of vision loss. The initiative aligns with
  the Thai Glaucoma Society’s mission to reduce preventable blindness thr
 ough community engagement\, education\, and accessible eye care services a
 cross Thailand.
