DESCRIPTION:Organized under the campaign of the Thai Glaucoma Society (ThGS
 )\n\nDuring World Glaucoma Week 2026\, Khon Kaen Hospital participated in 
 the nationwide campaign coordinated by the Thai Glaucoma Society. The hosp
 ital organized glaucoma awareness and screening activities for patients an
 d the public\, including glaucoma risk assessment\, intraocular pressure m
 easurement\, optic nerve evaluation\, and patient education on glaucoma pr
 evention and treatment.\n\nThese activities were conducted by the ophthalm
 ology team at Khon Kaen Hospital as part of the national effort to promote
  early detection of glaucoma and to increase public awareness about this s
 ilent cause of vision loss. The initiative aligns with the Thai Glaucoma S
 ociety’s mission to reduce preventable blindness through community engag
 ement\, education\, and accessible eye care services across Thailand.
