DESCRIPTION:Narayana Nethralaya successfully organized an awareness campaig
 n during Glaucoma Awareness Week 2025\, from March 9th to 15th\, aligning 
 with the global theme\,\n"See the Future Clearly – Uniting for a Glaucom
 a-Free World." This week-long campaign aimed to raise awareness about glau
 coma\, promote early detection\, and emphasize the importance of preventin
 g avoidable blindness. Through a mix of offline and online activities\, th
 e campaign engaged communities\, garnered significant media attention\, an
 d reinforced NN’s commitment to eye health. These initiatives included t
 he flagship Sight Saver Run\, free glaucoma screenings\, educational kiosk
  and a quiz competition.\nThe Sight Saver Run was the highlight of the wee
 k\, combining glaucoma awareness\, fitness and environmental sustainabilit
 y. The event featured both 5K and 10K runs\, catering to a diverse group o
 f participants. As part of the environmental initiative\, saplings were pl
 anted at the venue\, and additional saplings were distributed to participa
 nts with glaucoma awareness slogan strips. This initiative symbolized the 
 importance of nurturing both vision and the environment.\nThe event was he
 ld on March 9th\, 2025 at Jarakabande Reserve Forest\, Bangalore.\nThe eve
 nt received extensive coverage from local media and FM radio stations\, am
 plifying the message of glaucoma awareness. Photoshoots were conducted thr
 oughout the event\, capturing moments of enthusiasm\, participation\, and 
 the deep connection between health and nature.\nKey Achievements:\nPartici
