DESCRIPTION:The “Eye for Sight” project aims to prevent degenerative di
 seases such as glaucoma\, maculopathy\, diabetic retinopathy through aware
 ness and information activities. The ultimate goal is to empower the healt
 hy population to perform early screening and maintain the best possible le
 vel of vision quality to preserve autonomy and quality of life even in the
  presence of chronic diseases.\n\nNeeds\n- Limited attention of the adult-
 age population to the occurrence of vision defects\n- low awareness of eye
  diseases in the population of any age-delayed access to treatment\n\nProj
 ect goals.\n- Develop increased awareness in the healthy population for pr
 evention of eye diseases\n- to foster the acquisition of skills in recogni
 zing early signs of certain eye diseases by the healthy population\n- to i
 nform about the prevention and treatment services of ASUGI (Azienda Sanita
 ria Universitaria Giuliano Isontina) in the field of ophthalmology\n\n
