SUMMARY:Nationwide screening all over Lebanon
DESCRIPTION:This year the Lebanese Ophthalmological Society (LOS) will be c
 oordinating several screening and educational events that will be run at c
 linics and medical centers all over Lebanon. Every center will be at liber
 ty of choosing the particular activity or event\, whether free screening c
 ampaigns\, lectures\, or distribution of patient educational material. Som
 e glaucoma specialists will be on local television stations to explain the
  purpose behind the WGW. Allergan has kindly offered to help coordinate th
 e activities\, and will distribute posters and pamphlets to all centers th
 at are interested. Green ribbons will also be distributed through Allergan
 \, to be worn throughout the week by all ophthalmologists and paramedical 
 personnel. We look forward to a very fruitful outcome this year.
