DESCRIPTION:Give.Asia believes Glaucoma affects not only the adult populati
 on\, but we are seeing more and more cases of babies and children being bo
 rn with the disease\, especially in less developed countries where early d
 etection and subsequent treatments are hard to come by or non-existent.\n\
 nWe support Glaucoma Week because we are dedicated to giving these little 
 children the gift of sight through timely access to the proper diagnosis a
 nd treatments. When more people are made aware of this debilitating but pr
 eventable eye disease\, more children can be helped to regain their sight\
 , and this is a huge boost to their quality of life\, self-confidence and 
 ability to learn.
