 he content is inspired by findings from the Patient Experience of Eye Exam
 ination eValuation Study (PEEEVS)\, a mixed-methods study developed by Pro
 fessor Graham Lee and Professor Peter Shah. Using a 12-item visual analogu
 e scale (VAS) and semi-structured interviews\, the study explored patient 
 experiences across multiple domains of the ophthalmic consultation journey
 \, with a particular focus on eye examination.
