DESCRIPTION:I. OBJECTIVES:\n\nTo participate in the 2025 World Glaucoma Wee
 k from March 9-15\, 2025\, with the theme "Unity to End Glaucoma Worldwide
 \," aimed at encouraging society to raise awareness about glaucoma and cal
 ling for participation in eye care and public health activities.\n\nThroug
 h scientific activities\, share and enhance knowledge and clinical skills 
 in diagnosing and treating glaucoma for doctors and healthcare staff.\n\nT
 hrough screening activities\, detect new patients early and manage existin
 g glaucoma patients\, protecting and improving vision for patients.\n\nII.
  TIME AND LOCATION FOR ACTIVITIES:\n\nFrom March 10-15\, 2025\, conduct cl
 inical screening\, vision tests\, and intraocular pressure measurements fo
 r patients over 40 years old at the Outpatient and Emergency Department.\n
 \nIn collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital\, apply the EyeD
 r artificial intelligence glaucoma screening software developed by the hos
 pital.\n\nAt 14:00 on Tuesday\, March 11\, 2025\, organize the Glaucoma We
 ek Opening Ceremony and Scientific Seminar at the Eye Hospital Auditorium.
 \n\nFrom March 10 to March 26\, 2025\, conduct glaucoma screening and appl
 y the EyeDr software of Ho Chi Minh City Eye Hospital\; refractive error s
 creening for children at two secondary schools and for street children in 
 Vung Tau City\, funded by the BHF project.\n\nOrganize a health education 
 communication session on eye care and glaucoma prevention on the provincia
 l radio and television station.\n\nIII. SPECIFIC CONTENT: 3.1 Organizing C
 ommunication Activities to Prevent Glaucoma:\n\nContact radio and televisi
 on stations to conduct a health talk or roundtable discussion on air\, exp
 ected from March 10-14\, 2025.\n\nDisplay 2 banners\, 1 conference backdro
 p\, and 15 standees at the outpatient department and other clinical depart
 ments to promote Glaucoma Week and the EyeDr glaucoma screening software.\
 n\nIncorporate communication efforts during medical consultations and trea
 tment at the hospital. Print 2\,000 leaflets to distribute to patients and
  their relatives about glaucoma.\n\n3.2 Glaucoma Screening (From March 10-
 15\, 2025):\n\nLocation: Outpatient and Emergency Department (including th
 e general outpatient department\, glaucoma specialized clinic\, and diagno
 stic imaging department).\n\nTarget group: All outpatients aged 40 and ove
 r after vision screening (excluding patients with eye infections or emerge
 ncy conditions).\n\nProcedure: Patients will undergo a vision test and int
 raocular pressure measurement. If intraocular pressure is abnormal\, or if
  there are suspicious signs or the patient has been previously diagnosed a
 nd treated for glaucoma\, they will be referred to the specialized clinic.
 \n\nAt the specialized clinic: Patients will undergo color fundus imaging\
 , and EyeDr software will be applied. If necessary\, a slit-lamp examinati
 on of the anterior chamber and OCT imaging will be conducted. If glaucoma 
 is diagnosed\, an outpatient record will be created for monitoring\, a pre
 scription will be issued\, and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled. 
 If glaucoma is not suspected\, the screening will be concluded as per norm
 al procedure.\n\n3.3 Organizing a Scientific Seminar on Glaucoma (14:00 on
  March 11\, 2025):\n\nLocation: Eye Hospital Auditorium\n\nNumber of parti
 cipants: 70 (doctors and medical staff from the Eye Hospital and other uni
 ts in the province)
